Personal net-worth tracker
Know exactly
where you stand.
Unisaldo puts everything you own and everything you owe on one screen — stocks, crypto, deposits, cash, the mortgage, the subscriptions — and turns it into a net worth you can watch move, day by day.
No bank logins. No card. The demo runs entirely in your browser.
One ledger for all of it
- Stocks & ETFs
- Crypto
- Deposits
- Bonds
- Cash
- Precious metals
- Anything custom
- Mortgages
- Personal loans
- Recurring payments
- Income
Product
Built around the questions you actually ask.
Not "what did I spend on coffee" — but what am I worth, what do I owe, when is it due, and when am I free.
Assets
Every lot. Every cost basis.
Add a stock once, then add each purchase as you make it. Unisaldo keeps the date, volume and price per lot, works out your average price and unrealized profit, and tells you how fresh the quote is.
- Stocks and ETFs by ticker, with live quotes and the time they were last updated
- Crypto by wallet address or amount, deposits with interest and term, bonds, cash, gold and silver
- Per-lot transactions: date, volume, price, cost — average price and P&L worked out for you
- Everything converted to the currency you think in
Debts
See the road to debt-free — and shorten it.
A mortgage is not a static number. Rates change, you overpay, you pay a month late. Unisaldo keeps a real amortization schedule that follows what actually happened, and shows what one more payment a month would do.
- Amortization schedule per debt — annuity or declining installments
- Interest-rate changes recorded with their history; the installment follows
- Overpayments that shorten the term or lower the installment — your choice
- Link a payment to the debt: each paid installment moves the balance and the payoff date
- "What if I pay more?" — pick a goal: pay off sooner, or keep the date and lower the monthly payment
Payments
Nothing slips. Nothing nags.
Every recurring bill with its next due date, from the mortgage to the streaming service you forgot. Mark it paid in one tap, undo if you mis-tapped, pause a subscription for the summer, skip a month — the totals follow.
- Next 7 days on the dashboard with one-tap Mark paid
- Undo for mistakes, pause or skip a month for the rest
- Auto-pay for the ones that just happen
- Debt-linked payments show the principal and interest split per installment
Income
Gross, net, received.
Salary, contracts, freelance, rent coming in. Set a tax rate per source and Unisaldo shows gross and net side by side, ticks each month off as it lands, and puts the result next to your payments as a monthly cash flow.
- Gross and net per source, with the tax rate you set
- Mark received by hand, or let it auto-receive on payday
- Monthly cash flow: net income minus payments
Designed for calm
Fast to open, quiet to use.
The details that make a finance app something you keep coming back to, rather than something you dread.
Secure mode
One shortcut (⌘⇧H) masks every amount and blurs every chart. Open it on the train, in a meeting, next to a curious child.
Works offline
Installable on your phone and laptop. Open it on the plane and the last numbers are right there; it refetches the moment you're back.
Any currency
Hold euros, dollars, złoty, francs and Bitcoin side by side. Switch the display currency and every total follows the current rates.
Undo, not confirm
Delete something by mistake and press Undo. Nothing is sent to the server until the toast is gone.
Search everything
Press / anywhere. Assets, debts, payments, income, pages and actions in one box, ranked as you type — accents and currencies included. n to add, Esc to close.
Dark mode & notes
Light, dark, or whatever your system says. A free-text note on every asset, debt and payment for the things a number can't hold.
Your data
Your numbers stay yours.
Unisaldo never asks for your bank credentials, never sells what it knows about you, and makes taking your data out as easy as putting it in.
Read the privacy policyNo bank logins
You enter what you own. Unisaldo never asks for banking credentials and never connects to your accounts.
Your password guards the exit
Downloading a full backup or closing the account requires your account password again — an open laptop isn't enough.
Hardened sign-in
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, sign-in and password checks are rate-limited, sessions can be short-lived.
Take it all with you
One click exports assets, debts, payments and income as JSON. Closing the account deletes everything.
Demo without a trace
The live demo runs entirely in your browser: no account, no requests, nothing stored.
Only what's needed
Your e-mail, your entries, and third-party market prices. No trackers in the app, no data resale.
Getting started
Ten minutes to a complete picture.
- 01
Add what you own
Type a ticker, a wallet, a deposit or a plain amount. Add lots as you buy. Prices and rates are fetched for you.
- 02
Link what you owe
Enter the mortgage or loan once and create its payment from it. Every paid installment moves the balance and the term.
- 03
Watch one number
The dashboard shows net worth, the trend, what's due this week, and this month's cash flow — nothing else.
Is it free?
Yes. Create an account and use everything — there is no paid tier and no card required.
Do you connect to my bank?
No, by design. Unisaldo is a ledger you keep yourself. Market prices and exchange rates are fetched automatically; balances and transactions are yours to enter.
Can I try it without signing up?
Yes — the live demo opens a full account with sample data that lives only in your browser. Nothing is created on our side.
Which assets can I track?
Stocks and ETFs, crypto, deposits, bonds, cash, precious metals and any custom asset with a value you set — plus mortgages, personal loans, recurring payments and income.
Can I get my data out?
At any time: Settings → Download backup gives you a JSON file with everything. Closing the account removes all of it.
Which currencies?
Hold assets and debts in different currencies and pick one to view totals in; conversions use current exchange rates.
One number you actually know.
Add what you own, link what you owe, and watch your net worth become a fact instead of a guess.
